Cookies are text files that are placed on a website or read from a website. The personal data are stored for a period of 4 weeks. We do not combine this personal data with other data sources. Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the operation of our website. For this purpose, the personal data are transmitted to the website agency and host. A transfer to a third country or to an international organization is not intended.
If you use the contact form on our website or send us an email, we will process the personal data you provide there. This information is transmitted by your browser or email client and stored in our information technology systems. The processing of this personal data is necessary to answer your request. In addition, your IP address and the date and time of the contact request will be saved when you send us an email.
The data processing serves to answer your request. This processing is lawful because answering your request constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The personal data will be stored for as long as is necessary to answer your request. If your request leads to a later conclusion of the contract, storage will take place as long as this is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill the contract. After that, the personal data are routinely deleted every three months. We do not combine this personal data with other data sources. There is no data transfer to third parties. A transfer to a third country or to an international organization is not intended. You are not obliged to provide this personal data, but it is not possible to use the contact form or send an email without the provision.
As a data subject, you have the right to information according to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to correction according to Art. 16 GDPR, the right to deletion according to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 GDPR and the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR. The restrictions in §§ 34, 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to erasure. In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).
Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling, are not made.
We inform all recipients to whom your personal data have been disclosed of any correction or deletion of their personal data or a restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 16, Art. 17 Para. 1 and Art. 18 GDPR, unless the notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. We will inform you about the recipients if you so request.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter e or f GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. If personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising.
According to Art. 7 Para. 3 Clause 4 GDPR you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The revocation therefore only applies to the processing planned after the revocation. The revocation is possible informally by post or email. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data, unless another (legal) basis allows this. However, if a revocation is made and there is no other permission, the personal data must be deleted immediately at your request in accordance with Art. 17 (2) (b) GDPR.
